A Day in the Life of...Me.
It was when one of my favorite Donna sites, www.donnafans.com closed their forums that I decided to take the plunge and erect this forum. The thought had crossed my mind several times before, but I didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes - or duplicate other’s efforts. It’s not my goal or intention to replace any of the other great Donna sites out there. I only want to supplement them and spread the good word.
My name is Bill, and I’m a relatively new member of the herd, having joined in late 2001. I don’t typically listen to newgrass, folk, country, or jambands - but there is something about Donna’s music that moves me. I started hitting shows and festivals and found my home. I deeply appreciate the herd’s acceptance of me.
I work in IT. It’s pretty stressful. Music sets me free... I like photography. I’m getting married September 8th 2007. I like donuts. That’s about it.
For those interested - this site was designed on a MAC using mostly Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS3. The page you are looking at now was created with iweb <- because I’m too lazy to deal with Dreamweaver right now.
In closing- This forum is a community effort. It can’t and won’t survive without the support of you. If you are interested in being a moderator, then by all means, please let me know.
